About Lauren
I’m a big believer in balance. I love good food, a glass of red wine, and yes—chocolate is definitely part of my life. You’ll usually find me outdoors, chasing fresh air, a bit of adventure, or taking on an endurance challenge.
At the heart of what I do is a genuine desire to feel and be my best—and to help others do the same, especially when it comes to their health and wellbeing.
My path to naturopathy is a personal one. Like many of my patients, I came to it after feeling let down by conventional approaches. I was told my options were limited—that symptoms could be managed, but the underlying cause wasn’t something that could be fully addressed. After years of appointments, referrals, and searching for answers, it was natural medicine that helped me restore my health, with the guidance of a qualified naturopath.
That experience shapes how I work today. I understand how frustrating and exhausting it can feel to not have clear answers, or to feel “not quite yourself.” It can affect everything—your energy, your mood, your confidence, and your day-to-day life.
As a naturopath, my approach is down-to-earth, supportive, and realistic. I take into account the demands of modern life and work with you to create a plan that feels achievable, not overwhelming. There’s no judgment—just a collaborative approach to help you move toward better health in a way that fits your life.
