SPECIFIC DISCLAIMER

This disclaimer specifically pertains to my naturopathic consultations.

My Professional Commitment

I possess a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Endeavour College of Natural Health, a rigorous four-year science degree covering anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathophysiology, pharmacology, herbal and nutritional medicine. As a full member of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), I am obligated to fulfil a minimum of 20 hours of professional development annually to stay updated on the latest scientific research.

In my role as a naturopathic practitioner, I am committed to enhancing your overall health and wellbeing. However, there may be instances where the healing services required extend beyond my scope of practice. In such cases, I will guide you to an appropriate practitioner, be it a GP, counsellor, psychologist, massage therapist, physiotherapist, or osteopath.

Suitability

My naturopathic services cater to individuals committed to enhancing their health and are motivated to implement changes in their lifestyle and diet.

Your Accountability

I am dedicated to delivering optimal naturopathic care. However, for the most effective treatment, it is crucial that you provide accurate information about your health. Failure to do so may hinder my ability to offer suitable solutions, potentially impacting the desired outcomes. To ensure the safety of treatment and to assess potential interactions with any prescribed herbs or nutrients, it is imperative that you furnish comprehensive details about your diagnosed medical conditions, medications, supplements, known allergies, and intolerances. Non-disclosure of all medications and supplements poses a safety concern.

PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are due at the time of booking, and cash payments are not accepted. Credit or debit cards are the approved forms of payment. In certain situations, payment via direct bank deposit may be accommodated, particularly when liquid herbs are dispensed during your consultation.

Security Policy

I use a Square card reader to process credit card payments. This is their privacy policy. I do not store your credit card details.

Currency & GST

All amounts quoted and charged are in Australian dollars. I am not registered for GST, therefore my prices do not include GST.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

If I prescribe nutritional supplements or herbs during a consultation, I may recommend ordering them through a third party website. These companies send the products directly to your home address and may charge a fee for postage, which will be advised at the time of ordering.

RETURNS POLICY

There are no refunds for services, however if you are not satisfied then please contact me via email moderndayenaturopath@gmail.com .

The anticipated duration for achieving your treatment goals is contingent upon various factors, encompassing your adherence to the prescribed treatment. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Jurisdiction

Modern Daye Naturopath is located in Victoria. This agreement is subject to the governing law of Victoria.

Resolution Process

In the event of any issues or complaints arising from your use of this website or these terms and conditions, both you and Modern Daye Naturopath commit to a sincere effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.

Mediation

Should a dispute remain unresolved after 14 days of negotiation, the parties must engage in mediation. An accredited mediator, independent of the parties, will facilitate the process. The mediator will be selected through mutual agreement, or if consensus is not reached within twenty-one (21) days from the first notification of the dispute, the Chair of Resolution Institute or their appointed representative will make the selection. The Resolution Institute Mediation Rules will govern the mediation process, and both parties agree to share the associated costs equally.

Litigation

Commencing litigation, other than for interlocutory relief, requires either party to have first offered to submit the dispute to mediation. Litigation is considered a last resort and should only commence when, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation has been exhausted.
