choc smoothie bowl

 

Serves 1 / 10 mins prep

INGREDIENTS

SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large banana (frozen, chopped)

  • 1/3 cup almond/soy milk

  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt

  • 3 tsp cacao powder

  • 1 TBs peanut butter

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essense

  • 3Tbs oats

  • 1 handful spinach

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

  • 1/2 banana, extra, thinly sliced

  • 3 strawberries (halved)

  • 1 Tbs cacao nibs

  • 1 Tbs buckinis, plain or chocolate (activated buckwheat)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

METHOD

  1. Place smoothie ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie mixture into a serving bowl. Arrange the toppings to finish.
